[IRCServices] Question on usage of ChanServ ACCESS LIST

     Sorry, I should have been clearer: the numbers would still be
displayed, but the LIST command wouldn't accept them.  Though on second
thought, it may be simpler to just remove the numbers entirely, if they're
not being widely used.
