[IRCServices] Database version 4.5 won't work on 5.0

The only thing I could find about chan.db was this:

[Aug 09 12:38:39.889967 2007] debug: Successfully loaded module
`chanserv/access-levels'
[Aug 09 12:38:39.890170 2007] debug: Loading module `chanserv/access-xop'
[Aug 09 12:38:39.891678 2007] debug: Successfully loaded module
`chanserv/access-xop'

No Read error on any other db file.
