[IRCServices] Database version 4.5 won't work on 5.0

This suggests there may be a problem with the way Services 5.0 handles
the 4.5 channel database.  If you can send me (privately) a copy of your
database files, I'll look into the problem (but as mentioned earlier, I'll
be on vacation for the next week and a half, so it may be a while before I
can respond).
