[IRCServices] RE: Services 4.4.1

Do the mirror sites have the current Beta releases?  If they do I can't seem
to find them ... Also the web site needs updated ... the ftp site that is
listed as the primary site doesn't work.  I'd like to get that new Beta copy
to try out on my network ... thanks in advance.
